Additionally, we reserve the right, without notice, to limit the quantity of any product for any order or to refuse an order for any reason. card is the only form of payment accepted for online purchases on the site. Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.

Article 6 - Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

They are final sale products.

Sale items are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

No exchanges can be made online.

The product must not be damaged or altered.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For any returns, please contact customer service via the dedicated form. Please indicate the reason for your return. Returns can also be made in person at the store.

All merchandise will be inspected before the return is authorized, and after approval, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this return policy.

The refund will be processed in the same manner as the initial payment.

Article 7 - Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website www.felixremote.com and within the limits of available stock.

In the event of a product's unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be refunded.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page.

In case of shipping delays, an email will be sent to inform you of any impact on the delivery time previously indicated.

In the case of deliveries by a carrier, Defyen cannot be held responsible for delivery delays solely due to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.

Delivery Policy

The fixed rate for standard delivery is $15.

Standard delivery is free for purchases of $125 and more before taxes. Please note that for certain promotions, delivery fees may apply.

We reserve the right to modify shipping fees without notice.

Canada Post and FedEx services are used for delivery.

The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

We only deliver within Canada.

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal warranty. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be exchanged.

All claims and exchange requests must be made by email: ferobuy@delastek.com or through the contact form on the website within 30 days of delivery.

The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate, and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.

The products offered comply with Canadian legislation.

Furthermore, felixremote cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product.

Finally, felixremote liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including a service interruption, an external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws, regardless of your place of residence or location. Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the website or its content will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the province of Quebec, Canada.
